7. Exccutivc Session - Pursuant to Chapter 551, Subchapter 1), Texas Government Code
As authorized by Texas (:ovc'rnment Code Section 551.074, at any time during the reeling of the
Bryan/College Station MPO Policy Committee, the Committee reserves the right to adjourn into
Executive Session to discuss personnel matters — to deliberate the appointment, employment,
evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal ofMPO Director.
