Discussion of consent and regular agenda items.
2.
Discussion of minor and amending plats approved by Staff.
None.
3.
Discussion of Subcommittee Reports.
4.
Consideration, discussion and possible action of city-initiated rezonings
along State Highway 6 in the Arrington Road area.
5.
Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding an Amendment to
the Unified Development Ordinance as it relates to attached signage and
banners.
6.
Update, discussion and possible action on a proposed connectivity index and
pedestrian access ways in residential subdivisions.
7.
Discussion and possible action on future agenda items - A Planning and
Zoning Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been
given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of
existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal
to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.

The Planning and Zoning Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated
litigation subject or attorney-client privileged information. After executive session discussion, any final action or
vote taken will be in public. If litigation or attorney-client privileged information issues arise as to the posted
subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, an executive session will be held.
