Re: Rock Prairie Management District No. 2; Order Levying Taxes
Dear Mr. Woods and Ms. Smith:
We are the attorneys for Rock Prairie Management District No. 2 (the "District") and have
been instructed by its Board of Directors (the "Board") to direct this correspondence to your
attention. As you know, the City of College Station, Texas (the "City") consented to the creation
of the District in City Council Resolution No. 07-09-15-02 (the "Resolution"). Pursuant to
Section 7(b) of the Resolution, the District shall send a copy of the order or other action setting an
ad valorem tax rate to the City Secretary and the City Manager within thirty (30) days after the
District's adoption of the tax rate. In accordance with said requirement, enclosed please find a
certified copy of the District's Order Levying Taxes for the 2025 tax year, adopted by the Board
of Directors of the District on September 11, 2025.
