1. Call to Order. 1938 2013
2. Hear Visitors. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic
Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under
the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to
staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of
existing policy may be issued.
3. Possible action and discussion on absence requests.
4. Possible action and discussion of minutes for: November 5, 2012.
5. Workshop - format discussion and action of 2013 Exploring History Lunch Lecture Series
speakers, topics, and sponsors. Discussion and action may possibly include changes to the
Lecture Series.
6. Review, possible action, and discussion regarding the following sub - committees:
• Historic Marker Program
• Oral History Transcription Project
• Exploring History Lunch Lecture Series —Marci Rodgers, Ann Hays, Jerry Cooper
• 75th Anniversary — Linda Harvell, Jerry Cooper
• College Station Oral History Interviews & Educational Initiatives — Libby Vastano

Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of
specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation
shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
