ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND OR ACTION / REGULAR AGENDA
Discussion and approval of the Brazos County Health District (BCHD) revised
budget for FY 2026. The revised budget contains a 4% living allowance
(COLA). The revised BCHD budget has no effect on the cities and county's cash
contributions which are at level funding —Santos Navarrette Jr.
2. Discuss and consider approval of environmental health fee changes due to Senate
Bill 1008 (Local Food Service Permits) — Santos Navarrette Jr.
3. Discuss and consider approval of increasing the part-time hours of an
Environmental Health Specialist position from 20 to 30 hours per week and
budgeted in the FY 2026 budget —Santos Navarrette Jr.
4. Discuss and consider approval of the following new services and fees in the C4 Clinic:
Varicella vaccine $245, Inactivated Polio vaccine, $65. Flu vaccine $25, and Mobile STI
testing fee $35—Santos Navarrette Jr.
5. Next meeting November 20, 2025.
6. Executive Session
• Adjourn and convene into closed executive session under Texas Government Code
Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters re: Director's Compensation) — Chairman Yancy
• Reconvene into open session and take any action, if necessary, on matters discussed in
