1. Call meeting to order
2. Consideration, discussion and possible action of absence request from
meeting.
3. Hear visitors
4. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve minutes from the
Building & Standards Commission Meeting from October 27,2003.
5. Presentation, discussion and possible action on a report by the Building
Official concerning an unsafe structure located at 3411 Barron Cut-Off Road
(Robert Stevenson League, tract 13.3, 3.15 acres, College Station, Texas).
6. Consideration, discussion and possible action on future agenda items.
7. Adjourn
Consultation with Attorney {Gov't Code Section 551.071}: possible.
The Building and Standards Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and
contemplated litigation subject or attorney-client privileged information. After executive session discussion,
any final action or vote taken will be in public. If litigation or attorney-client privileged information issues
arise as to the posted subject matter of this Building and Standards Commissionmeeting, an execultive
session will be held.
This building is wheelchair accessible. Handicapped parking spaces are available. Any request for sign
