1. Approval of the minutes of the meeting held May 10, 2012.
2. Approval of the minutes of the meeting held May 18, 2012.
3. Discussion / Action on Verizon's representation on the 9 -1 -1 Board.
4. Discussion / Action on presentation of FY 2013 Preliminary Budget.
5. Discussion / Action on presentation of Director's Report of Expenditures for April,
May, and June 2012.
6. Discussion / Action on presentation of transition plan to NG911.
7. Director's report and Board concerns including the status of District operations.
8. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board of Managers has determined a necessity to
go into a closed -to- the - public session under the provisions of Texas Government
Code, Section 551.074 personnel matters — review the duties, responsibilities
and performance compensation and evaluate the Executive Director of the
Brazos County 9 -1 -1 District.
