AGENDA ITEM NO. 1:Call to order – Explanation of functions of the Board

Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Discussion of regular agenda items.
Assistant Director Simms gave a brief dialogue of the cases and answered questions from the Board.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding an over view
of the City’s sign regulations with an emphasis on attached sinage and off-premise sinage.
Assistant Director Simms gave a brief presentation regarding the City’s sign regulations.
AGENDA ITEM NO.4: Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the role and
responsibility of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Assistant City Attorney Falco gave a brief presentation on the role and responsibilities of the Zoning
Board of Adjustment members.
AGENDA ITEM NO.5: Consideration and possible action on future agenda items – A
Zoning Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any
deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent
meeting.
