The City Council may or may not attend the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Land Dedication Sub - Committee and
P &Z Sub - Committee Joint Meeting.
1. Call to order and Roll CaII.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion concerning revisions to the park land
dedication ordinance.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
6. Adjourn.
Notice is hereby given that a joint meeting of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Park Land Dedication sub - committee
and the Planning and Zoning Commission sub - committee of College Station, Texas will be held on the 26th day of June, 2012.
For the meeting to begin at 5 :00 p.m. at the College Station Conference Center, Room 103, 1300 George Bush Drive, College
Station, Texas, 77840. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See Agenda.
