Hear Citizens . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commission o n planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agend a items. The Commission will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) 2. Public Comm ent for the Record . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commission on consent and regular agenda items that are not scheduled for a public hearing. This does not include items where hearings have been previou sly held. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items. The Commission will receive the information and it w ill be added to the public record. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) All matters listed under Item 3, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be ena cted by one motion. These items include preliminary and final plats, where staff has found compliance with all minimum subdivision regulations. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If any Commissioner desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda it will be moved to the Regular Agenda for further consideration. 3. Consent Agenda . 3.1 Consideration and possible action on the Minutes for the Joint Work shop Meeting held on March 6, 2003. 3.2 Consideration and possible action on the Minutes for the Workshop Meeting held on March 6, 2003. 3.3. Consideration and possible action on the Minutes for the Regular Meeting held on March 6, 2003. This building i s wheelchair accessible. Handicapped parking spaces are available. Agendas posted on Internet Website htt p://devservices.ci.college - station.tx.us and Cable Access Channel 19. 3.4 Consideration, discussion, and possible action on a Final Plat for the Pebble Creek Subdivision Phase 9B consisting of 60 residential lots on 36 acres located at 1299 Royal Adelade. (03 - 11) Regular Agenda . 4. Consideration, discussion, and possible action of request(s) for absence from meetings. 5. Consideration, discussion, and possible action on items removed from the Consent Agenda by Commission action. 6. Consideration, dis cussion and possible action on a Master Development Plan for Crescent Pointe, consisting of 192.64 acres and located between FM 60 and SH 30, across from Linda Lane. This item was previously tabled by the Commission on March 6, 2003. (03 - 44) 7. Consider ation, discussion and possible action on a Site Plan for University Commons Phase II Maintenance Facility, located at 2301 Eastmark Drive, in the Wolf Pen Creek Zoning District. (03 - 35) 8. Public hearing, discussion, and possible action on a Rezoning for the Brazos Valley Carpet Outlet, Lot 9, Block 1 of the Rock Prairie West Business Park, located adjacent to Old Wellborn Road, from A - O Agricultural Open to C - 2 Commercial - Industrial. (03 - 58) 9. Public hearing, discussion, and possible action on a Rezon ing for The Glade located at 1311 Southwest Parkway from R - 1 Single Family Residential to R - 1A Single Family Residential . (03 - 45) 10. Public hearing, discussion, and possible action on a Conditional Use Permit - Use & Site for the A&M United Methodist Chu rch Education and Fellowship building located at 200 College Main. (03 - 57) 11. Public hearing, discussion, and possible action on an ordinance and a resolution amending the City of College Station's Comprehensive Plan for the area generally bound by the p roposed State Highway 40, State Highway 6 South, FM 2154, and Peach Creek. (03 - 22) 12. Public hearing, discussion, and possible action to consider a Land Use Plan Amendment for properties labeled Mixed - Use on the City's Land Use Plan. 13. Discussion of future agenda items. 14. Adjourn. Consultation with Attorney {Gov't Code Section 551.071} ; possible action. The Planning and Zoning Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject or attorney - clie nt privileged information. After executive session discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public. If litigation or attorney - client privileged information issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission m eeting, an executive session will be held.
