1. Discussion of consent and regular agenda items.
2. Presentation, discussion and possible action on the City of College Station's
2003 Capital Improvement Program and the recommendations of the Citizen's
Advisory Committee.
3. Discussion of minor and amending plats approved by Staff.
None.
4. Discussion of future agenda items.
5. Adjourn.
Consult ation with Attorney {Gov't Code Section 551.071} ; possible action.
The Planning and Zoning Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and
contemplated litigation subject or attorney - client privileged information. After executive se ssion
discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public. If litigation or attorney - client privileged
information issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting, an executive session will be held.
