Hear Visitors . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commission on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items. The Commission will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) 2. Public Commen t for the Record . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commission on consent and regular agenda items that are not scheduled for a public hearing. This does not include items where hearings have been previousl y held. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items. The Commission will receive the information and it wil l be added to the public record. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) All matters listed under Item 3, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enact ed by one motion. These items include preliminary and final plats, where staff has found compliance with all minimum subdivision regulations. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate d iscussion of these items. If any Commissioner desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda it will be moved to the Regular Agenda for further consideration. 3. Consent Agenda . 3.1 Consideration of the minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on March 21, 2002. 3.2 Consideration, discussion and possible action on a Final Plat for Gardens of Castlegate consisting of 30 lots on 9.226 acres located off of Castlegate Drive, east of the future intersection with Victoria. (02 - 75) This building is wheelc hair accessible. Handicapped parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive service must be made 48 hours before the meeting. Regular Agenda . 4. Consider request(s) for absence from meetings. 5. Public hearing, discussion, and possible action on items removed from the Consent Agenda by Commission action. 6. Pub lic hearing, discussion, and possible action on an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for the area bound by Wellborn Road (FM 2154), Harvey Mitchell Parkway South, the Old I&GN Railroad (Marion Pugh Extension) and North Graham Road. This area is generall y located at the southwest corner of Harvey Mitchell Parkway South and Wellborn Road (FM 2154). (02 - 73) 7. Public hearing, discussion, and possible action on an Amendment to the City of College Station's Comprehensive Plan for Whites Creek Road. (02 - 88) 8. Public hearing, discussion, and possible action on a rezoning from R - 1, Single Family Residential, PDD - B, Planned Development District - Business, and R&D, Research & Development and Light Industry to C - 1, General Commercial for the Wal - Mart Super Cente r located at 2400 Harvey Mitchell Parkway. (02 - 76) 9. Discussion, and possible action on an Ordinance Amendment to the Subdivision Regulations, consisting of additional language for required streets and oversize participation in infrastructure.
