Hear Visitors . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commission on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agen da items. The Commission will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) 2. Public Com ment for the Record . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commission on consent and regular agenda items that are not scheduled for a public hearing. This does not include items where hearings have been previo usly held. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items. The Commission will receive the information and it will be added to the public record. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) All matters listed under Item 3, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be en acted by one motion. These items include preliminary and final plats, where staff has found compliance with all minimum subdivision regulations. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separat e discussion of these items. If any Commissioner desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda it will be moved to the Regular Agenda for further consideration. 3. Consent Agenda . 3.1 Consideration and possible action of the minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on April 18, 2002. 3.2 Consideration and possible action of the minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on May 2, 2002. 3.3 Consideration and possible action of the minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on May 16, 2002. This building is wh eelchair accessible. Handicapped parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive service must be made 48 hours before the meeting. (02 - 139) 3.6 Consideration and possible action on a Final Plat for the Indian Lakes Subdivision Phase 1, consisting of 134 lots on 540 ac res in the City's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction. (02 - 125) 3.7 Consideration and possible action on a Final Plat for the Castlegate Subdivision, Section 10, consisting of 62 lots on 15 acres and located at 4490 Castlegate Drive. (02 - 153) 3.8 Considerati on and possible action on a Preliminary Plat for the Callaway House Parking Subdivision consisting of 1.376 acres located along Marion Pugh Drive. (02 - 157) 3.9 Discussion and possible action on a proposed alternative paving standard for the open air disp lay area of playground equipment (sales) to be located on a lease space on the Earl Rudder Freeway frontage road between Birmingham and Graham roads. Public hearing, disc ussion, and possible action on a rezoning for the Cross Street Warehouse Apartments located in the 400 Block of College Main, Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Block 4 of the W.C.
