1. ORIGIN OF BEARING SYSTEM: The found iron rod
monuments and the bearing along the northwest line
of Shenondooh. Phase one Resubdivislon Plat as
recorded in Volume 1087, Pogo 817 of the Official

Basis of Bearings for this plat.
