Hear Visitors . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commission o n planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agend a items. The Commission will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) 2. Public Comm ent for the Record . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commission on consent and regular agenda items that are not scheduled for a public hearing. This does not include items where hearings have been previou sly held. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items. The Commission will receive the information and it w ill be added to the public record. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) All matters listed under Item 3, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be ena cted by one motion. These items include preliminary and final plats, where staff has found compliance with all minimum subdivision regulations. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If any Commissioner desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda it will be moved to the Regular Agenda for further consideration. 3. Consent Agenda . 3.1 Discussion and possible action on a Final Plat for Shenandoah Phase 7 - A, consisting of 62 single family lots on 16 acres. (01 - 139) 3.2 Discussion and possible action on a Final Plat for Shenandoah Phase 7 - B, consisting of 31 single family lots on 10 acres. (01 - 140) This building is wheelchair accessible. Handicapp ed parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive service must be made 48 hours before the meeting. (01 - 142) 3.4 Discussion and possible action on a Final Pla t for the Castlegate Subdivision, Section 2 Phase 2 located northwest of Greens Prairie Road and Southeast of proposed State Highway 40. (01 - 154) 3.5 Discussion and possible action on a Final Plat for the Alam Addition, Lot 1 Block 1, consisting of 1.75 acres located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Greens Prairie Road and State Highway 6. (01 - 155) Regular Agenda . 4. Consider request(s) for absence from meetings. 5. Consideration, discussion, and possible action on items removed from t he Consent Agenda by Commission action. 6. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Site Changes for Fazoli's Restaurant located at 400 Harvey Road in the Wolf Pen Creek Corridor. (01 - 113) 7. Possible consideration to remove a Conditional Use P ermit request from the table concerning the BY - 007 Wireless Telecommunication Transmission Tower located at 2321 - A Texas Avenue South (01 - 122). The Commission tabled this item on July 19, 2001. 8. Discussion, and possible action on a Conditional Use Per mit for the BY - 007 Wireless Telecommunication Transmission Tower located at 2321 - A Texas Avenue South. (01 - 122) This item is on the agenda to allow the Planning and Zoning Commission an opportunity to discuss a previously tabled item. If the Commission does not remove this item from the table (see agenda item #7), this case will not be discussed. 9. Discussion of future agenda items. 10. Adjourn.
