Hear Visitors 1. . At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commissi on on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight's agenda. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the a genda items. The Commission will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) All mat ters listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately. Consent Agenda 2. . 2.1 Consideration of minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on September 7, 2000. 2.2 Consideration of minutes from the Regular Meeting held on September 7, 2000. 2.3 Consideration of a Final Plat for Pebble Creek 8 - C consisting of 42 lots on 18.17 acres. (00 - 59) 2.4 Consideration of a Master Preliminary Plat for 137 lots on 64.99 acres located in the Te xas Centroid Ranch south of Greens Prairie Road and east of Lakeway Drive. (00 - 158) Regular Agenda . 3. Consider request(s) for absence from meeting. 4. Consideration of the East Bypass Neighborhood Study recommendations. 5. Consideration of a Preliminary P lat for the Harley Subdivision consisting of four lots (two C - 1 and two reserve tracts) on 14.57 acres located on State Highway 6. (00 - 135) 6. Public hearing and consideration of a rezoning from A - O Agricultural - Open to C - B Commercial - Business for Koppe Bridge Bar and Grill consisting of one tract of land totaling approximately 4.71 acres and located at 4004 Harvey Road. (00 - 168) This building is wheelchair accessible. Handicapped parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive servic e must be made 48 hours before the meeting.
