Hear Visitors. At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Commis sion on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight’s agenda. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items. The Commission will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.) All m atters listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff recommendations. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately. 2. Consent Agenda 2.1 Consideration of minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on June 1, 2000. 2.2 Consideration o f minutes from the Regular Meeting held on June 1, 2000. 2.3 Consideration of a Final Plat of approximately 2.48 acres for the Ramsey Twins Subdivision located west of the intersection of Harvey Mitchell Parkway and Welsh Avenue. (00 - 96) Regular Agenda 3. Public hearing and consideration of a Rezoning for the Regency South Subdivision from P.U.D. #2, Planned Unit Development (a residential district), to P.U.D. #3 (a residential district) and related Final Plat located off of Brothers between Texas Avenue and Longmire Drive. (00 - 22 & 00 - 23) 4. Public hearing and consideration of a rezoning for the property located at 101 Mile Drive from R - 1 Single Family Residential to C - 1 General Commercial. (00 - 88) 5. Public hearing and consideration of a rezoning for 1111 Rock Prairie Road, located on the Northwest corner of Rock Prairie Road and Rio Grande, from C - N Neighborhood Commercial to PDD - B Planned Development District – Business. (00 - 90) 6. Consideration of a Master Preliminary Plat for the Great Oaks Subdiv ision, a 151 Lot subdivision off of Gandy Road and southwest of Quail Run Subdivision, within the City’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction. (00 - 87) 7. Presentation to the Commission of the FM 30/60 Area Study recommendations. 8. Update to the Commission of a ny new Minor or Amending Plats approved by Staff. 9. Discussion of future agenda items. 10. Adjourn. This building is whee lchair accessible. Handicapped parking spaces are available.
