Planning and Zoning Commission

1. Hear Visitors. At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the
Commission on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight’s agenda. The citizen
presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address
the Commission and to allow adequate time for completion of the agenda items. The Commission will
receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda
for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the record.)
All matters listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and
all staff recommendations. There will not be s eparate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that
item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.

2.1 Consideration of minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on April 6, 2000.
2.2 Conside ration of minutes from the Regular Meeting held on April 6, 2000.

3. Public hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit, site plan and use, for a public library,
museum, and educational facility to be located at 3411 Longmire Dri ve. (00 - 54)
4. Consideration of a Preliminary Plat for Pebble Creek Phase 8 - C, of approximately 18.17 acres, located
southeast of the intersection of Plum Hollows Drive, creating 42 residential lots. (00 - 47)
5. Consideration of a Preliminary Plat of appr oximately 2.48 acres for the Ramsey Twins Subdivision
located west of the intersection of Harvey Mitchell Parkway and Welsh Avenue. (00 - 58)
6. Update to the Commission of any new Minor or Amending Plats approved by Staff.
7 Discussion of future agenda it ems.
8. Adjourn.
