1. Hear Visitors. At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the
Commission on planning and zoning issues not already scheduled on tonight’s agenda. The citizen
presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to address
the Commission and to allow adequate time for complet ion of the agenda items. The Commission will
receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda
for discussion. (A recording is made of the meeting; please give your name and address for the recor d.)
All matters listed under Item 2, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and will be enacted by one motion. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and
all staff recommendations. There will not b e separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that
item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.

2.1 Consideration of minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on January 20, 2000.
2.2 C onsideration of minutes from the Regular Meeting held on January 200, 2000.
2.3 Consideration of minutes from the Workshop Meeting held on January 21, 2000.
2.4 Consideration of a Replat of Lot 2, Block 1 of Cornerstone Commercial consisting of 8.062 acr es
located at the intersection of Woodcreek Drive and the Highway 6 feeder road into three lots. (99 -
75/99 - 231)

3. Public hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit, use only, for a religious facility, Brazos
Community Church to be located at 700 University Drive East, Suite 110 - A. (99 - 727)
4. Public hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit, use only, for First United Methodist
Church to be located on 5 acres, approximately 400 feet south of Rock Prairie Road and 13 0 feet east of
the Highway 6 frontage road. (00 - 1)
5. Public hearing and consideration of a Conditional Use Permit, for a medical clinic, InnerWisdom
Counseling Centers to be located at 1726 Harvey Mitchell Parkway South. (00 - 2)
6. Consideration of a Rep lat for Sandstone Addition, Lot 20, a 14.41 acre tract located in the Sandstone
Subdivision at the end of Oakwood Trail. (99 - 257)
7. Update to the Commission of any new Minor or Amending Plats approved by Staff.
8. Discussion of future agenda items.
9. Adjourn.
