`r AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE -HOUR PARKING UPON BOTH SIDES OF
TAUBER AND LODGE STREETS BETWEEN FARM -TO- MARKET ROAD 60 AND
CHURCH STREET IN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, PROVIDING A PEN-
ALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College
Station, that pursuant to authority under the charter of the
city and the statutes of the State of Texas, the following re-
gulations concerning parking on both sides of Tauber and Lodge
Streets between Farm -to- Market Road 60 and Church Street are
hereby fixed:
In the best interest of public safety, movement of traffic
and for the general good of the public, the following parking
areas are established:
A. One -hour parking on both sides of Tauber Street between
Farm -to- Market Road 60 and Church Street.
B. One -hour parking on both sides of Lodge Street between
Farm -to- Market Road 60 and Church Street.
It is therefore ordered and ordained that such parking areas
be established and that appropriate signs be erected and that the
proper authorities, after the due passing of this ordinance and
�► erection of said signs, be instructed to enforce said ordinance,
and that anyone violating said parking limits be found guilty of
a misdemeanor.

Ordinance No.•275 dated January 26, 1959, and all other ordinances in •

It is, therefore, Ordained that the above parking areas be established
and that the appropriate signs be erected, that this ordinance be published in
a newspaper of general circulation twice during the ten -day period after its
passage, and that after due passing of this ordinance and erection of such
signs, proper authorities be instructed to enforce such ordinance and that
anyone violating said parking limits be found guilty of a misdemeanor.

(4) Two -hour parking on both sides of all streets intersecting FM 60 from
the North between Nagle Street and Old Highway 6, including Stasney Street, Lodge
Street, Tauber Street, College Main Street, and Boyett Street North, provided,
however, that such two --hour :one sha1l extend for only one block North of FM 60
on each of said streets.
(5) The two -hour parking limit and the four -hour parking limit herein
provided for shall exist between the hours of 9:00 u.m. and 5:00 p.m. on all
days except Sunday.
Ordinance ilo. 275 dated January 26, 1959, and Ordinance No. 1 dated
February 26, 1965, and all other ordinances in conflict with the provisions
hereof are hereby repealed.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 10, "'TRAFFIC CODE" OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, BY ADOPTING
UPDATED TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE INVENTORY SCHEDULES XI, XII AND
XIII, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
PART 1: That Chapter 10, "Traffic Code ", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
College Station, Texas, be amended as set out in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part of this ordinance for all purposes.
PART 2: That this ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its date of
final passage.

EXHIBIT "A"
That Chapter 10, "Traffic Code ", Section 2.N of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
College Station, Texas, is hereby amended by deleting the paragraph in its entirety and
replacing it as set out hereafter to read as follows:
"N. U -TURN PROHIBITIONS
The City hereby designates certain locations of city streets to be controlled
by NO U -TURN signs. The designated no u -turn locations for the City of
College Station are described in the Traffic Control Device Inventory --
Schedule XI (dated August 18, 2008) on file in the office of the City
Secretary. This schedule is hereby adopted and incorporated in this Code
as if set out at length herein. The schedule may be amended from time -to-
time by ordinance of the City Council. A current schedule shall be
• maintained by the City Secretary at all times."

That Chapter 10, "Traffic Code ", Section 4.E(1) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
College Station, Texas, is hereby amended by deleting the paragraph in its entirety and
replacing it as set out hereafter to read as follows:
"E. NO PARKING
(1) The City hereby designates certain areas to be controlled by
NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER or NO PARKING ANYTIME
locations for the City of College Station are described in the Traffic
Control Device Inventory — Schedule XII (dated August 18, 2008) on file
in the office of the City Secretary. This schedule is hereby adopted and
incorporated in this Code as if set out at length herein. The schedule may
be amended from time -to -time by ordinance of the City Council. A
current schedule shall be maintained by the City Secretary at all times."
IV.

College Station, Texas, is hereby amended by deleting the paragraph in its entirety and
replacing it as set out hereafter to read as follows:

The City hereby designates certain areas as two -hour parking. The
