Call to Order. 2. Hear Visitors. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 3. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 4. Possible action and discussion of minutes for: • January 9, 2012 5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the Sunset Advisory Commission survey. 6. Presentation and discussion on cost analysis for Exploring History Lunch Series. 7. Presentation and discussion on the FY2011 -2012 budget. 8. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on requirements for business historical makers. 9.
