2. Executive Session will held in the CMO Meeting Room:
Pursuant to Chapter 551, Subchapter D. Texas Government Code.
As authorized by Texas Government Code Section 551.074, at any time during the meeting of the Bryan/College
Station MPO Policy Committee, the Committee reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session to discuss
personnel matters — to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, of an
Interim Executive MPO Director.
2. Adjourn.
