Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding an update on the following item: • A rezoning request for 1.97 acres located at 300 Texas Avenue from C -1, General Commercial to PDD, Planned Development District for a hotel. The Planning & Zoning Commission heard this item on November 17 and voted 6 -0 to recommend approval. The City Council heard this item on December 8 and voted 7 -0 to approve the rezoning. 7.
