The City Council may or may not attend the Historic Preservation Committee Regular Meeting.
1. Call to Order.
2. Initial Hear Visitors
3. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic
Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be
discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent
meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual
information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued.
4. Possible action and discussion on absence requests.
5. Possible action and discussion on resignation of Lisa Kalmus.
6. Swearing in of new committee member, Patricia Cleere.
7. Possible action and discussion to approve meeting minutes of regular meeting of
January 11, 2010.
8. Possible action and discussion on 75 Anniversary planning.
9. Report from Heritage Programs Coordinator.
10. Committee Reports. Discussion and possible action on:
• Development & El Camino Real (Liaison) — Susan Irza
• Native American Interpretive Path — Ernie Wright
• Historic Markers Program — Meredith Waller

Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of
specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any
deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a
subsequent meeting.

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Historic Preservation Committee of
the City of College Station, Texas will be held on the Monday, February 1, 2010 at 4:00
p.m. at the College Station Conference Center, 1300 George Bush Drive, Room 103,
College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See Agenda
