Call to Order. 2. Initial Hear Visitors kv 3. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 4. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 5. Possible action and discussion to approve meeting minutes of regular meeting of July 12, 2010. 6. Possible action and discussion on committee vacancies. 7. Annual HPC retreat. 13. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 15. Adjourn. Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Historic Preservation Committee of the City of College Station, Texas will be held on the Monday, September 13, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at the Wolf Pen Creek Green Room, Colgate Drive - Off Dartmouth between Holleman and Southwest Parkway, College Station, Texas.
