and Don R. Dale; City Manager Ran Boswell, Assistant City
Manager North Bardell, City Engineer George Ford.
M~BERS ABSENT: Counci~ Fred R. Brison, C. A. Bonnen, ar~ J. D. Lindsay.
VISITORS PRESENT- J. W. Wood, Larry Pri~esmeyer, Jim Gardner, and Charley Swatley.
The meeting was called to order at 4-10 P.M. by Mayor Hervey. J. W. Wood presented
the adjusted proposal frcm Seaside Pools for construction of a municipal swi~ng
pool and appurtenances.
The council agreed that the contract with Seaside Pools will be considered for
awarding at the Mo _r~___ay September 24, 1973 City Council ~ting.
Contractural responsibility of the consulting engineer on the outfall sewer lines
was discussed and the City Manager was directed to ask the engineer to meet with
the council and city technical staff.
Various items such as street sign colors were discussed.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 P.M.
