SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
June 12, 1973
4:00 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Pro -tem Fred Brison; Councilmen Homer Adams, R. D.
Radeleff, C. A. Bonnen, J. D. Lindsay and Don Dale; City
Manager Ran Boswell; City Attorney James Dozier; and City
Secretary Florence Neelley.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Mayor J. B. Hervey.
A special council meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. on June 121' 1973
by Mayor Pro -tem Brison.
A discussion was held on the various requests and suggestions for the spending
of the general revenue sharing funds. On motion by Councilman Dale, seconded
by Councilman Lindsay, the $42,66$.00 of the general revenue sharing funds
allocated for the first six months of 1973 (third entitlement) shall be spent
on',the South Texas Avenue sewer lateral extensions, was unanimously passed and
approved.
City Manager Boswell briefly reviewed the proposed 1973-74 budget. The council
will make a more detailed study of the budget at a later date.
As there was no other business, the meeting was adjourned subject to call.
