CITY COUNCIL MEETING
March 16, 1973

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 Po M. by Mayor Hervey. Mayor Hervey
welcomed the citizens and members of the news media to the council meeting.
On motion by Councilman Brison, seconded by Councilman Adams, Ordinance No.
863, an ordinance rezoning a 15.275 acre tract of land located in the Morgan Rector
League, College Station, Brazos County, Texas, from Single Family Residential
District, District R-lC, to Planned Industrial District, District M-I, was unanimously
passed and approved.
This tract of land is owned by Agency Records Control and this company plans to
construct a two-phase project to house their facility in College Station.
As there was no other business to discuss, the meeting was declared adjourned.
