Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Discussion and possible action to appoint a committee Chair and Vice Chair. 4. Presentation, discussion and possible action on parliamentary procedure. 5. Presentation, discussion and possible action on committee duties and responsibilities. 6. Presentation, discussion and possible action on committee attendance policy. 7. Discussion and possible action to select regular meeting dates. 8. Presentation, discussion and possible action on performance based contracting. 9. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items —A Green CS Advisory Committee Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 10. Adjourn. Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Green CS Advisory Committee of the City of College Station, Texas will be held on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. in the City Hall Administration Conference Room, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas.
