The Council requested City Engineer Benson to outline a policy for
locating sidewalks in .residential areas.

the Council approve plans and specifications for the sanitary sewer system
improvements and the sewage treating plant as submitted by Homer A. Hunter,
Consulting Engineer, and to authorize the City Nfana.ger to publish notice to
bidders in the Battalion on July 21 and 28, with bids to be received on
August 12, 1.955, at 7:00 P.M.
