CouncilmRn Orr made a motion, seconaed by Councilman Halpin, that Ordinance No. 151, an ordinance vacatinr the alley in Plock I of Oahwood Addition be passed. The Council juto on. the motion wast. r,'ur,. Councilmen Ames, Fitch, Halpin, and Orr Against: Councilman Padgett Councilman Halpin made a motion, seconded by Councilman Fitch, that Otis Carroll, a long-timo employee of the City, be tiven a leave of absence, at his request, from January 1, 1951 to July 1, Id51.. The Council vote was unanimous in favor of the notion. CourcilmRn Pitch made a notion, seconded by Councilman Ames, that the Council accept the proposal of Rowles-VIInston Company to handle the bond issue as submitt6d to the Covncil on December. 11, 100.
