A) Results of the 2009 Annual Topographic Aerial Survey and Available Airspace
Capacity Computations for the Rock Prairie Road Landfill.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the development of an audit /financial
assurance policy.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items.
6. Adjourn.

held on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 3:30 PM at the City of Bryan Municipal Building,
Room 305, 300 South Texas Avenue, Bryan, Texas. The following subjects will be discussed, to
