discussion of selection of seventh Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc., Board
of Directors member and discussion of Executive Director.
3. Open Session for Possible Action Following Executive Session
4. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding a Resolution naming the seventh
Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc Board of Directors member.
5. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the March 31, 2010, Minutes of the
Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc.
6. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the Brazos Valley Solid Waste
Management Agency, Inc. Executive Director position including but not limited to a job
wir►'° description, salary range, benefits, and hiring process
7. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the "Solid Waste Facilities
Operations Agreement" among the City of Bryan, Texas, the City of College Station, Texas,
and Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc.
8. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the "Asset Transfer and Debt
Reimbursement Agreement" among the City of Bryan, Texas, the City of College Station,
Texas, and Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc.
9. Possible Staff Report, Update, and Direction from the BVSWMA Board to staff regarding:
a. Human Resources Administration
b. Insurance Requirements and Needs
10. Next Meeting Date: May 19, 2010 at the Bryan City Hall, 300 South Texas Avenue
11. Adjourn
The Board reserves the right to go into executive session to seek legal advice regarding an agenda item at
anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071.
