1. Call to Order.
2. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the June 16, 2010, Minutes of
the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc. Board of Directors.
Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the Banking Depository
Agreement.
4. Discussion regarding the Asset Transfer and Debt Transfer Agreement and Borrowed
Employee Agreement.
5. Staff Report, Update, and Direction from the BVSWMA Board to staff regarding:
a. Financial Services: Financial Policies, Pro -Forma and Budget.
b. Proposed Agreements /Contracts /Policies necessary to create BVSWMA, Inc. as a
working local government corporation
c. Executive Director Update
d. HR Support Services and Personnel Policies
e. Discussion of closing date
f. Operations Report —Twin Oaks Landfill
6. Next Meeting Date: August 18, 2010 at the College Station City Hall, l 101 Texas
Avenue.
7. Adjourn.
The Board reserves the right to go into executive session to seek legal advice regarding an agenda item at
anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071.
