The following comments were offered: (1) Coordinate electrical requirements with the Electrical Division. (2) Coordinate dumpster requirements /location with Bob Epps, the Assistant Director of Public Services. (3) Parking impact of this proposed project on the already congested Northgate area is a concern, and the P.R.C. requested additional information specifically regarding where the applicant proposes to supply parking to accommodate his 12 employees (no more than six working at any one time) as well as the potential 75 customers of this establishment. The applicant was advised that reconsideration of this project: will take place upon receipt of a request from him. He was also advised that P.R.C. review is held on Wednesdays, and in order to post notice of the public meeting in time to meet state requirements, notification that he is ready for reconsideration of his project must be received by noon on any Friday. 1
