SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - Office for Deluxe of College Station to
be located at 1048 Church Street (in C -NG district) 86 -410
The P.R.C. met on this date to review the above mentioned project, and
recommends approval with the following condition:
1) Fire Marshal's office requires a fire extinguisher in this office.
Assistant Director of Public Services Epps, Water Distribution Supervisor
Riley, Acting Electrical Superintendent Havens have reviewed this plan
and have no problems with the proposed use of this existing apartment.
Any changes to an approved site plan must be cleared through the office
of the Director of Planning.
