SUBJECT: Final Plat - Replat of Lots 32 & 33 Block 1 Southwood Terrace
Section 1 subdivision (86 -208)
A presubmission conference was held on this.date and staff recommends approval
of this replat final plat with the following comments*:
1. All departments have reviewed this proposal and all have indicated that
moving the lot line between the two lots will not interfer with existing
utilities.
2. It was noted that the structure on Lot 32 should never have been built
or approved in its existing location, that is, actually sitting over
the lot line.
3. Staff recommends approval with the note that the Zoning Board of Adjustment
will have to make a final ruling on the lot which will be narrower than
is now required by the zoning ordinance. It was further noted that any
changes being made as a result of the replat will not be visible.
THIS FINAL PLAT HAS BEEN PLACED ON THE P &Z AGENDA FOR THE MEETING OF AUGUST 7.
THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT WILL CONSIDER THIS VARIANCE TO LOT WIDTH AT THE
MEETING ON AUGUST 5th.
