PRESUBMISSION CONFERENCE
TO: Christian Galindo & Chimney Hill Retail Plaza Joint Venture

SUBJECT: Final Plat - Resubdivision of Lot 1 Block 1 Chimney Hill
Retail Plaza Subdivision (85 -208)
A Presubmission Conference was held on this date to review the above
mentioned resubdivision plat and approval is recommended with the
following conditions:
(1) Change the blanket easements to specific easements which cover
existing utility lines; then show easements on this replat.
(2) Show a 25 ft. easement running parallel to University Drive to
cover existing utility lines and guys.
(3) Change the name of "Fed Mart Drive" to "East Tarrow Street" to
reflect the official changing of that street name by City Council
on July 12, 1984.
(4) Furnish a copy of a cross parking agreement to cover all lots on
this plat.
(5) Show a 50 foot private parking and private access easement around
the perimeter of this subdivision.
Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the Office of
the Director of Planning.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAT AND THE FILM POSITIVE TO THE PLANNING
DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO 5 P.M. on MAY 31st IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED ON THE
PAZ AGENDA OF JUNE 6, 1985•
