SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - University National Bank - 85 -400
The P.R.C. met on this date to review the above mentioned project,
and recommends approval with the following conditions:*
(1) Furnish electrical plans to the Electric Department; changes
to the existing service may be required.
(2) Clearance of the canopy must be 14 ft. if emergency vehicles
are to use the drive to get from the fire hydrant to all parts
of the building. There must be a fire hydrant located within
300 feet of all parts of all buildings.
(3) The location of the parking spaces numbered 12, 13 & 14 is not a
wise choice. Because these spaces are already existing, they may
be retained; however, the location of these spaces which necessitate
backing into a public street is in violation of City codes. The P.R.C.
recommends that these spaces be eliminated from the plan.
SUBMIT 8 COPIES OF REVISED PLANS TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL
PRIOR, TO CONTINUING WITH STEP II OF THE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS.
`Any changes to an approved site plan must be cleared through the office
of the Director of Planning.
