Power Engrs. Rick Ploeger, City Forester Kim Johnson, Assistant Zoning Official Shirley Volk, Planning Technician SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - University National Bank - 85 -400 The P.R.C. met on this date to review the above mentioned project, and recommends approval with the following conditions:* (1) Furnish electrical plans to the Electric Department; changes to the existing service may be required. (2) Clearance of the canopy must be 14 ft. if emergency vehicles are to use the drive to get from the fire hydrant to all parts of the building. There must be a fire hydrant located within 300 feet of all parts of all buildings. (3) The location of the parking spaces numbered 12, 13 & 14 is not a wise choice. Because these spaces are already existing, they may be retained; however, the location of these spaces which necessitate backing into a public street is in violation of City codes. The P.R.C. recommends that these spaces be eliminated from the plan. SUBMIT 8 COPIES OF REVISED PLANS TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL PRIOR, TO CONTINUING WITH STEP II OF THE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS. `Any changes to an approved site plan must be cleared through the office of the Director of Planning. sjv
