(84 -701) Upon inspection of the property after a verbal request for extension was made by the applicant, the City staff found that the curbing around the turn - around is incomplete, the striping of parking spaces on the parking lot has not been done and some easements may still have to be filed. Because there appears to be at least one week's work prior to requesting a Certificate of Occupancy for this project, the P.R.C. decided that the applicant should call for delivery of the landscaping material, as it is now on order, and try to get the plants in the ground between now and the time it takes to complete the project prior to final inspec- tion. Should it become impossible to finish all facets simultaneously, the P.R.C. has advised the applicant that another request for extension can be made and will be taken under advisement at that time. sjv City of College Station POST OFFICE BOX 9960 1 101 TEXAS AVENUE Q COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS 77840 2499 November 28, 1984 MEMORANDUM TO: Steve Musser, GTE, P. 0.
