SUBJECT: Master Preliminary Plat - University Square Subdivision (84 -312)
A Presubmission Conference was held on this date to review the above mentioned
plat and staff recommends approval with the following conditions:*
1. Joint private access and utility easements are shown. Please separate
them, making them "private access easements ", with "15 ft. utility ease-
ments" on each side.
2. Additional utility easements may be required in order to loop electrical
service to projects on this land.
3. A 15 ft. utility easement is required along University Drive.
4. A drainage easement will be required along the creek to allow City mainte-
nance; width of easement to be determined at a later date as projects are
planned.
Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the Office of the
Director of Planning.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAT AND A REPRODUCEABLE COPY TO THE PLANNING
DEPARTMENT BY 5:00 P.M. ON OCTOBER 12th IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED ON P &Z AGENDA
OCTOBER 18th.

SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat - Oak Lake Estates (84 -313)
A Presubmission Conference was held on this date to review the above men-
tioned plat, and staff recommends approval with the following conditions:*
1. Show R.O.W. widths.
2. Include curve data.
3. Indicate lot dimensions.
4. Change Lots 11 & 12 to "11R & 12R ".
*Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the office of
the Director of Planning.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAT PLUS REPRODUCEABLE COPY TO PLANNING DEPART-
MENT BY 5:00 P.M. OCTOBER 12th TO BE INCLUDED ON P &Z AGENDA OCTOBER 18th.
