SUBJECT: PRELIMINARY PLAT - Herman F. Krenek Subdivision - 84 -309
A Presubmission Conference was held on this date to review the above mentioned
plat, and recommends approval with the following conditions:*
(1) Delete Lots 1 & 2 from this plat.
(2) The 20 foot "access" easement between Lots 5 & 6 must be changed to
a 20 foot "utility" easement.
(3) Submit copies of the release documents regarding the 30 foot easement
along the south side of this property.
(4) Developers have agreed that the lot lines between Lots 4 &5 will be
relocated to line up with Lots 6 & 7 of Brentwood Section One subdivision.
(5) Compliance with the P.R.C. Drainage Statement is required.
(6) Construction plans and documents (including plans for water lines, lines
for fire protection and sanitary sewer lines) must be approved prior
to consideration of a Final Plat.
(7) Indicate the cul de sac (50 ft. radius) for ingress and egress of
emergency vehicles on this plat.
(8) Indicate that the drainage and utility easement is a "private" easement.
SUBMIT REPRODUCABLE AND 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAT TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT BY
5:00 P.M. AUGUST 31st TO BE INCLUDED ON P &Z AGENDA SEPTEMBER 6.
`Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the Office of the
Director of Planning.

SUBJECT: Final Plat - Vac. & Resub. Kirkpatrick Subdivision - 84 -221
This Vacating & Resubdivision Final Plat is also a correcting plat:
Staff recommends approval of this plat with the following conditions:-
(1) Locate the utility pole line on the northern side of the property.
Additional utility easements may be required to cover this existing
pole line.
(2) Access and utilities must fall in the easement on the southern edge
of this property. Width of easement must accommodate both.
(3) An additional 10 foot utility easement may be required along the
northern property line to accommodate utility overhang requirements.
(4) The City Engineer will check on the extension of water line require-
ments. If construction documents are required, they must be approved
prior to scheduling on P &Z Agenda.
(5) A 20 foot utility easement is required along the Texas Avenue property
line.
SUBMIT REVISED REPRODUCABLE AND 10 COPIES TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT BY 5:00 P.M.
ON AUGUST 31 IN ORDER TO BE PLACED ON P &Z AGENDA SEPTEMBER 6.
