SUBJECT: Final Plat - Resubdivision of Lots 1, 4, 5, 6 & 7 Block V
and Unplatted Lot, University Park Section Two (15.489 acres)

A presubmission conference was held on this date to review the subject
plat, and staff recommends approval of the plat with the following
condition:-
(1) The configuration of all required drainage easements and drainage
R.O.W.'s shall provide sufficient area for the 100 year flow and
channel maintenance activities as approved by the City Engineer
prior to the filing of the plat.
THIS PLAT WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON
NOVEMBER 17, 1983.
No public comment will be received at Commission meeting unless requested
by a member of the Commission and allowed by the chairman. Applicant may
submit any written comment to the Commission by filing same on the Friday
preceding the scheduled meeting.
-Any changes to the approved plat must be cleared through the office of
the Director of Planning.
