Bob Epps, Rep. of Director of Public Services Shirley Volk, Planning Technician SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - Storage Mini - Warehouse - 83 -437 The P.R.C. met on this date to review the above mentioned project, and recom- mends approval with the following conditions:* (1) Suggest elm trees not be used.(Recommendation of P &Z Representatives only.) (2) Redraw plan to show correct North arrow. (3) Compliance to enclosed P.R.C. drainage statement required by City Engineer. (4) Grading plan required by City Engineer. (5) There is a requirement of a 20 ft. unobstructed accessway across rear of project to accommodate larger vehicles, and a total of a 20 ft. easement for utility service is required across the south side of the project. Part of this utility easement from the adjacent property would be acceptable, however the accessway must all be on this property. Show on plans. (6) All parts of every building must be within 300 ft. of a fire hydrant as the hose lays. *Any changes to an approved site plan must be cleared through the Office of the Director of Planning. SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAN TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT BY 5:00 P.M. Bob Epps, Rep. of Director of Public Services Shirley Volk, Planning Technician SUBJECT: Revised Parking Lot Plan - Brazos Square Shopping Center - 83 -436 The P.R.C. met on this date to review the above mentioned project, and recom- mends approval with the following conditions:* ( Appropriate landscaping should be shown in new islands. (2) Show the property lines of Tract A Block 1 Parkway Plaza 6. (3) Show drainage directional flow for the additional parking lot. (4) Additional firewalls will be necessary for individual utility services. (5) The owner of the shopping center must furnish sufficient dumpsters to serve the entire shopping center. The Director of Public Services must approve the location and number of dumpsters provided. The Electrical Department cautions that dumpster locations must be kept clear of overhead power lines. *Any changes to approved site plan must be cleared through the Office of the Director of Planning. SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED SITE PLAN TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT BY 5:00 P.M. FRIDAY, AUGUST 12th TO BE INCLUDED ON P&Z AGENDA AUGUST 18th. sjv
