SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat (Master Subdivision Plan) Shenandoah - 82 -318
Staff recommends approval with the following changes:-`
(1) Change the names of the following streets: Morningside, Moss, Old
Meadow Lane, Tara, Briarcliff, Augusta Drive and Plantation.
(2) Indicate coutour intervals on topo
(3) If overhead electrical service is used, an 18 foot clearance is required
for service. (Joe Guidry)
(4) Water line should be 12 ". (check with Bennie Luedke & David Pullen)
(5) Decatur Street should be wide enough to be a collector street, or that
section of the subdivision should be replanned.
(6) Lots should not fact a major arterial street (60 ft. & larger). Replan
the area bounded by Plantation and Augusta.
*Any changes to the approved plat must be cleared through the Office of
the Director of Planning.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAN TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT BY NOON ON MONDAY,
NOVEMBER 29 TO BE INCLUDED ON P &Z AGENDA DECEMBER 2nd.
