SUBJECT: Triplex on Foster Street (1007 Foster Street) Lot 25, Blk 4
College Hills Estates (82 - 532)
The P.R.C. met on September 21, 1982 to review site plans for the above
mentioned project. The P.R.C. denies the project as shown. When project
is re- planned and re- drawn, please follow the following recommendations:
(1) Include an area map on the site plan for location purposes.
(2) Suggest an additional 7 ft. setback in rear of project. (One -half of
width of alley, plus the existing 7 ft., plus an additional 7 ft.)
(3) All parts of a building must be within 300 ft. of a Fire Hydrant
(as the hose lay). Consult with Fire Marshall concerning location
of additional Fire Hydrant if one is necessary.
(4) Resubmit for Project Review Committee approval before beginning
project.

SUBJECT: Broach Oil Shell Station - University & Nagle (82 -442)
The P.R.C. met on September 21, 1982 to review parking lot plan for the above
mentioned project. The P.R.C. recommends approval with the following conditions:'
(1) Eliminate the parking space numbered "8 ".
(2) Make a grass strip 8 ft. wide along Nagle, thus eliminating the proposed
sidewalk and 1 parking space.
(3) Check with George Ford concerning location of dumpster.
(4) The parking space which is 7'8" must be 9 ft. wide.
(5) Furnish complete landscaping plan to Zoning Official.
(6) Parking bays under canopy will be counted toward required parking spaces.
Any changes to the approved site plan must be cleared through the Office of
the Director of Planning.

SUBJECT: Final Plat, The Villas of Chimney Hill, 3.674 Acres Townhome Tract (82 -243)
Staff recommends approval with the following condition:*
(1) Developer is to contact Joe Guidry and Jim McCord concerning a
blanket easement for utility service to each lot before filing
the final plat. (Easement can be done in note form).
*Any changes to the approved plat must be cleared through the office of
the Director of Planning.
