SUBJECT: Revised Site Plan of The Christmas Store
The P.R.C. met on July 27, 1982 to review the revised site plans which
was presented for approval after changes had been made to the original
approved site plan. The P.R.C. approves the revised site plan with the
following conditions:*
(1) The parking space designated number 17 be converted to an island
which fills the entire parking space.
(2) This island must be landscaped with plantings which include a
tree which is a minimum of 2" caliper.
*Any changes to the approved site plan must be cleared through the Office of
the Director of Planning.

SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat - 13.83 Acres Herman F. Krenek Subdivision
(82 - 313)
Staff recommends approval with the following changes:-
(1) Show a utility easement across the back of Blocks 2 & 3.
(2) Show a 10 ft. utility easement on the south boundary line of
entire plat.
(3) Redevelop configuration of Lots 3A & 3B, Block 3 to comply with
Ordinance requirements.
(4) Suggest private access easement be developed off Texas Avenue
between Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Block 1.
(5) Clarify what the "cut -out" is between Block 2 and Block 3 just
off Cornell Drive.
(6) Deliver 10 copies of revised plan to the Planning Department by
5:00 p.m. on July 30, 1982 in order to be included on August 5th
P &Z Agenda.
Any changes to the approved site plan must be cleared through the Office
of the Director of Planning.

SUBJECT: Proposed 12x32 Temporary Addition to
Kent Moore Cabinets, Inc.
The P.R.C. met on July 27, 1982 to review site plans for the above mentioned
project. The P.R.C. recommends approval of the addition of this small
temporary building only. However, if any future expansion is planned
on this building plot, a complete site plan which must be approved will
be required.
In the event there would be future expansion, included on the site plan
to be presented for approval should be the following:
(1) An all weather surface on the parking lot, to meet City requirements.
(2) Improvement to the access easement across the rear of the property.
(3) Scale of drawing should be shown, along with dimensions.
