SUBJECT: Longmire Office /Warehouse Addition
The P.R.C. met on June 15, 1982 to review site plans for the above mentioned
project. The P.R.C.recommends approval with the following conditions:*
(1) Suggest electric service be underground.
(2) Check the location of fire hydrants; hydrants must be within 300 ft.
of the furthest point of any building.
(3) Indicate 8 ft. setback from Ponderosa Road and make parking spaces
parallel on that side of lot.
(4) Total parking spaces required is 40. (30 plus employee parking)
*Any changes_to the approved site plan must be cleared through the office of
the Director of Planning.
