(1) Change name of Augusta Drive.
(2) Need minimum of 15 ft. utility easement on both sides of
all alleys.
(3) Check status of Ordinance for issuance of building permits on
lots close to wells. (Perhaps no building permits issued for
lots 1 -5 Block 5)
(4) Show rear setback on alley and front setback on Arcadia on
Lot 14 Block 2; show front and rear setback on Lot 20 Block 1;
widen easement to 15 ft. between Lot 20 and Lots 18 & 19.

J. W. Wood committed to adding a parking space and dropping
the square footage of the building to 1800 sq. ft.
(2) Mayo to check with City Attorney concerning the strip of
land on Poplar.
(3) Move building off blanket easement at rear of property.
This site to be re- planned and re- submitted to Planning Dept.
