SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - Office Building & Repair Garage (82 -409)
Westpark Addition
The P.R.C. met on Thursday, April 15, 1982 to review the parking lot
plan for the office building and repair garage mentioned above. The
P.R.C. recommends approval with the following conditions:*
(1) Builder to provide covered walkway to connect existing building
to proposed building, thus making them one structure.
(2) Bumper stops to be provided on all eight (8) parking spaces.
(3) Recommend raised curb from corner of existing building to
lot line of lots 10 & 11.
(4) Move one parking space away from the proposed building and
add to row of parking between lots 10 & 11.
(5) Add 3 islands - one on each side of spaces next to proposed
building and one on the corner of lot (Jersey St. & Lot 11 line)
with raised curbs.
(6) Sow grass in islands for landscaping.
Any changes to the approved site plan must be cleared through the
office of the Director of Planning.

SUBJECT: Site Plan for 2- Four Plexes
K.F.O. Subdivision, Blk 3, Lots 9 & 10
The P.R.C. met on Thursday, April 15, 1982 to review the site plan for
the four plexes mentioned above. The P.R.C. recommends approval with
the following conditions:*
(1) Driveway to be 16' with an 8 ft. setback in front of the
parking area.
(2) A landscape plan is furnished prior to issuance of the
building permit.
(3) A 6" raised curb constructed around the parking
area.
*Any changes to the approved site plan must be cleared through the office
of the Director of Planning.
